Tools to use | Tools to use is a section that rec.'s a few shareware and freeware programs to get started in website stuff. There is almost always a freeware alternative.

"Ad" Shield | Adshield is a program for blocking ads in Internet Explroer. Its a tuturial plus a download. To Get rid of the tripod ads, go there.

Web Tools | Web Tools is a section for pure 100% freeware programs. Plenty of alternatives to the pricey leaders in todays market. There are also tutorials for website editing. They Include: DHTML, CSS, and BEGINNING WEBSITES. Download them, they are worth the time :-D.
